Hampton, VA: prepping to head offshore

Had 2 days of great sailing plus 1 day motoring from Annapolis to Hampton, Virginia.

Arrived here on Saturday and am going through the final stages of prepping Anahata to head offshore to BVIs. My crew for the next leg Dana Beeton and Whit Webster are flying in from Toronto over the next two days.

I have signed up for the Salty Dawg Rally. It a great group of experienced sailors doing the same thing. Currently there are almost 70 boats in the rally.

I have just purchase a satellite tracker called Inreach so you will be able to track out progress.

Salty dawg have a website where they are combining all the tracks into one map.

Stay tuned Anahata has to register the devise first before it will appear on the map.
